TREA Services is a shared services organization for startups. We offer simple, affordable, and start-up-friendly back-office services that are primarily handled digitally. These include recruiting, marketing services, accounting, customer and target group surveys, general back-office work as well as data services.

For the further expansion of the company, we are looking for key people who can further expand and harden the product offering.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a self-confident personality to develop, coordinate and execute day-to-day business development and partnerships.


As our first (and in the beginning only) business development person, you will be in daily contact with our prospects and be the first point of contact for their inquiries regarding our service offerings. As the business grows, you are in charge to hire your team members to get more and more clients.

  • Design and optimize the partner and business development model of TREA Services together with the team
  • Proactively assess, clarify and validate prospect and partner needs on an ongoing basis
  • Generate leads directly and sell to end-users through partner organizations
  • Build professional relationships with key individuals in assigned partner accounts
  • Pipeline planning - follow a disciplined approach to maintain a solid pipeline
  • Exceed your quarterly new business goals
  • Maintain our CRM system (Hubspot) with an accurate pipeline, partner, and client information
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within the TREA Ventures Group, with development, operations, financing, and innovation

Qualification

You like to look for situations that take you out of your comfort zone and enjoy working in your own area of responsibility, embedded in a team. Working in a startup means constantly challenging yourself. You love personal challenges because you appreciate a steep learning curve that you can grow from.

  • At least two years of experience in direct sales in the field of B2B services
  • At least one year of experience in partner sales management
  • Well connected to innovation departments of large companies in Switzerland
  • Well connected to the startup scene in Switzerland
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English, any other language is a plus (French, Swiss-German)
  • A courageous person who always finds new, creative ways to generate business
  • Expertise in digital technologies and startups
  • Enough self-confidence to master new things at the first shot
